Twice-Setting System Introduction:

Twice-Setting System (Secondary stacking): The green bricks are first stacked in a drying car and dried in an independent drying chamber. The dried bricks are then unloaded from the drying car and stacked again into the kiln car, and finally sent to the tunnel kiln for firing. This process can usually support higher-specification products (thin-walled hollow bricks, thermal insulation blocks, etc.).

Features:

Independent Drying: The drying cart and drying chamber (single-layer circulating/through type) allow for precise control of the drying curve, ensuring low and uniform residual moisture in the green body, providing a stable guarantee for the forming and firing of thin-walled and high-end products.

Twice-Setting System: The dry green bodies are safely transferred from the drying cart to the kiln car via a loading/unloading mechanism or robotic arm. This highly automated system effectively avoids corner damage and dimensional deviations.

Kiln Design: The dried green bodies have higher strength, allowing for higher stacking layers and larger kiln cross-sections, significantly increasing the production capacity of a single kiln runner.
